We believe you should have complete control over your health and account data. Choose one of the methods below to permanently delete your takn account.
Delete via Mobile App
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside the mobile application. This immediately processes your deletion request.
Open the takn app on your iOS or Android device.
Go to your profile or tap the Settings cog icon.
Select Account Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your decision. All verification files and schedules will be deleted instantly.
Submit Web Request
If you have already deleted the app or cannot access it, submit your registered email below to request permanent deletion.
